• Participants can register using the Google form provided in our bio, or the QR code on the flyer.
• All levels of experience are welcome!
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early (9:45 am) to make yourself comfy and ensure a prompt start time.
• Need a mat? We have a few extra on hand!
• We recommend bringing water, sunblock, sunglasses, and a towel – the sun is strong! You may find bug spray to be useful, as well, especially if we end up practicing in the field.
