Straight from her book, The Happiest Hour: Delicious Mocktails for a Fabulous Moms’ Night In, Deb shares her recipe for the Cranberry Dream, a ruby-red beverage that’s about to become your new go-to for everything from weeknight wind-downs to festive celebrations.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. non-alcoholic whiskey
- 1 oz. Low sugar cranberry juice
- ½ oz. lime juice
- Non-alcoholic ginger beer
- Lime wedge or cranberries for garnish

Method:
- In a copper cup (or any cup), fill with ice.
- Add non-alcoholic whiskey (omit or substitute with another non-alcoholic spirit), cranberry juice, and lime juice.
- Give a stir.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or cranberries.
